Exclusively owned and managed by highly experienced Foreign Service Officers (FSOs), AMI is an Small Business Administration 8(a), HubZone Small Disadvantaged Business management-consulting firm that creates and executes business-oriented solutions for the government and private sectors. We are a small business group and an innovative provider of practical 21st century solutions to business, associations, humanitarian aid organizations and governments, globally. AMI has expertise in contract administration and management, private sector development (e.g., agriculture and agribusiness, business development services, trade facilitation and investment development), and utilization, training, monitoring and evaluation, and development of the capacity of local organizations. AMI's Training, Assessment and Monitoring & Evaluation mission is to enhance the capacity of individuals, institutions, and communities. Capacity building and training is a core approach throughout our programs from helping government ministries improve their management practices, NGOs to more effectively improve their training programs to better support their overall mission, facilitators to incorporate innovative techniques into their classrooms, or in any number of other ways. AMI uses a comprehensive performance management approach which includes: systematically researching current capacity.
