Founded in 2014, Spectrum Solutions International is a minority, woman-owned small business. We are committed to creating improvements in the performance of organizations and programs and reducing disparities in the economic and social well-being of people in developing countries. As consultants and/or as subcontractors to other development partners, we support clients with policy analysis to strengthen strategic planning; monitoring and evaluation to assess the performance and impact of programs and to make informed decisions regarding scale-up and expansion of the programs; and capacity building and training to strengthen local organizations ability to implement programs.
